Which CORE365 polo fits your team

The polos look alike in a grid, but the fabrics are built for different jobs:

• Origin performance piqué polo: 4.1 oz. 100% polyester piqué, moisture-wicking and antimicrobial, with a flat-knit collar. It is the workhorse uniform polo, offered in men's, women's, tall and youth, with a chest-pocket version for staff who carry pens or badges. The Radiant version adds reflective piping front and back.
• Nova performance piqué polo: 4 oz. 100% recycled polyester with UPF 50+. A good pick when sustainability is part of the brief, and it comes in long sleeve, pocket, tall and youth styles.
• Resolve CVC polo: 5 oz. 60/40 cotton/recycled polyester. It is for teams who find all-polyester polos too slick; it wicks moisture but feels closer to cotton.
• Fusion ChromaSoft piqué polo: a heavier 6 oz. piqué made with cationic dyes for strong colorfastness and a soft, cotton-like hand. Colorblock styles are available for a more designed look.
• Market Snag Protect mesh polo: bird's eye mesh tested to 75 industrial washes. This is the one for uniform programs that go through a laundry service, or for staff who work around shelving, carts and hook-and-loop fasteners.

The Pinnacle long sleeve polo and the Balance colorblock polo round out the range for cooler days and customer-facing roles.

Performance T-shirts for events and teams

The Capital performance T-shirt is a 4.13 oz. 100% polyester interlock tee with UPF 50+, and the unisex style comes in more than 20 colors. That makes it the easiest shirt for color-coding event staff, volunteers or race teams. It is also available in women's, youth and long sleeve. The Fusion ChromaSoft tee (4.5 oz. jersey) has a softer, more retail feel for giveaways people will actually wear again.

Sun shirts and twill work shirts

For outdoor crews, marinas, golf and resort staff, the Ultra UVP Marina shirt is an 88/12 polyester/spandex ripstop with UPF 50+, a quick-dry finish and collar stays that keep the collar neat. The Shoreline staff shirt is made of recycled polyester with a snap front and UPF 50+. For offices, front desks and field managers, the Operate (long sleeve) and Optimum (short sleeve) twill shirts use a 55/45 cotton/polyester twill with a button-down collar and UPF 40+.

What to know before you decorate

Not every CORE365 shirt is a sun shirt. The Origin, Pinnacle and Balance polos are rated UPF 15-39. If sun protection is the reason you are buying, choose Capital, Nova, Marina or Shoreline, which are rated UPF 50+. The reflective piping on Radiant polos helps people see your staff, but it is not certified high-visibility safety apparel and does not replace a hi-vis vest.

Performance polyester can bleed dye into light-colored screen-print inks when it is heated. We choose inks and heat-transfer materials that match the fabric, and we will tell you when embroidery is the safer choice. On lightweight 4 oz. polos, a dense left-chest logo can pucker the fabric. We may suggest simplifying the logo, using a backing, or switching to a transfer.

Sizes, minimums and your proof

Most styles run XS to 4XL or 5XL, and tall sizes (LT to 5XLT) are available on the main polos and tees. Minimums depend on the style and decoration method, and many styles start at 36 pieces. Every order gets a free digital proof before production. To complete the look, add a matching quarter-zip, jackets and vests for cooler days, or a performance cap.
